On July 13, 2025, FAW successfully held a smart power domain technology and new product launch conference at FAW Power Changchun Super Factory, a benchmark base that has just won the title of "Jilin Province Future Factory", and released new energy smart power domain products and related technologies.

Super Green: A Manufacturing Benchmark for Carbon Neutrality

The most energy-saving technology: cold stamping + 4000T servo press, power consumption reduced by 90%, noise ≤85dB; direct combustion technology of the burner in the painting line, natural gas consumption reduced by 10%.

The most environmentally friendly technology: dry recycling of waste paint + RTO waste gas treatment, zero wastewater discharge (annual emission reduction of 1,000 tons), VOCs removal rate of 99%; dry cutting of gears, zero discharge of gear cutting oil.

The most effective means: green electricity + power storage mode, 5 MW photovoltaic power generation, annual power generation of 5.4 million kWh; using the power storage system, the electricity cost is reduced by 60%; online monitoring of power facilities reduces energy consumption by 5%.

Production efficiency first: innovative technology of punching and welding lines improves efficiency by 50%+; 3D laser engraving, etc. are applied to bridge shell machining lines, and the efficiency is improved by 10%+.

Assembly reliable: 100% qualified rate of tightening of dual torque sensors; 100% automatic detection of key parameters; error prevention throughout the whole process ensures correct assembly of the whole bridge.

Manufacturing reliable: arc tracking/laser positioning is applied to bridge shell welding to solve welding deviation; 100% negative pressure leak test, zero outflow of welding defects; full closed-loop gear making digital control (the first in the industry), automatic feedback adjustment to ensure accuracy of DIN6 level.
